TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Seller means Holeshot Ltd T/A HS2. Registered in Guernsey under number 31887, 3 Le Pollet, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1WQ, Channel Islands, and the company's website www.hs2fashion.com
Customer means the person or company to whom this document is addressed.
These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of products made by the Seller, hereafter referred as HS2, to the buyer hereafter referred as the Customer.
2.1 All prices are quoted in British Sterling unless otherwise specified
2.2 All prices are inclusive of postage and packing in the UK.
Payments must be made in British Sterling unless otherwise specified via the payment platforms available on hs2fashion.com
4. PASSING OF PROPERTY
HS2 shall retain the property of the goods until full payment has been made by the customer and has been received.
5. PASSING OF RISK
The risk in the goods shall pass to the customer on delivery, as defined in clause 6.3 below.
6.1 DELIVERY DATES
Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to try to despatch all orders within 1 working day. Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent to you, as soon as possible, when received from the manufacturer. HS2 cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the manufacturer, or any other third party. You will however be fully notified of any delays.
HS2 ships to many international locations.
Orders will be shipped via Recorded Delivery or Standard First Class, Royal Mail Service or International Signed For services. HS2 have the right to fluctuate these prices in proportion with their costs for shipping. In the event of goods being lost or damaged in the post, HS2 will claim from Royal Mail.
6.3 PASSING OF RISK
HS2 bears no risk once the package has been received by the consumer. Where the goods are signed for, the customer bears the risk. If a customer believes that a parcel has been tampered with, it is their responsibility to refuse to sign for the goods. It is the responsibility of the customer to supply a safe address to deliver the parcel, as once a parcel becomes in receipt of a signature, HS2 will bear no liability.
This is not a guarantee and HS2 have the right to refuse any application. Any refund/exchange given is at the discretion of the management of HS2. Failure to give accurate information while making a claim may lead to a prosecution from Royal Mail.
7.0 E-TAIL OF PRODUCTS
By making a request/order you are offering to purchase a product which we will accept to sell to you on the following Terms and Conditions. All requests are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price by us. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees, warranties or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and are on the basis that we are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays or force majeure. If your order is accepted we will inform you by emailing you. When making a request you undertake that all details you provide to us requesting goods or services or bids made at auction are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make your request or bid and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods, services or bid. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as soon as possible. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
All orders received via hs2fashion.com will result in an email receipt being sent to the customer. If the customer creates an online account on hs2fashion.com, access to all orders (and their status) will also be available.
8. RETURNS PROCEDURE
The customer has the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days following the delivery of their order. Cancellation requests must be by email to email@example.com
The customer shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt and shall be deemed to have accepted the goods unless within 14 days after their receipt the customer shall have notified the seller that the goods are rejected.
We do not offer free returns on item(s). We are unable to offer free returns for our International customers and the return postage for overseas orders is the responsibility of the customer and HS2 will not accept liability for any items sent without a certificate of postage.
8.1 The customer must send all unsuitable items to:-
Returns Dept, HS2, 3 Le Pollet, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1WQ.
If you require a refund/exchange, please ensure all the original tags and labels are still attached and the item(s) are in the original packaging. It is advisable that the item is sent via a tracked service.
8.2 In cases where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, the customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to HS2 before the refund or replacement can be issued.
8.3 In cases where the customer does not sign for the goods on delivery or for whatever reason, they are not accepted by the customer and returned, we will offer either to re-send the package (which will incur the original shipping charges again), or to refund the original payment.

10. LICENCE AGREEMENT
The customer shall respect all licence agreements delivered by the copyright owners. HS2 cannot be held responsible or liable for any misuses conducted by the customer or any third party. All trademarks shown on hs2fashion.com belong to their registered owners and must not be copied without prior permission.
These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with English Law. Any person attempting to make fraudulent credit card transactions will be prosecuted with no exception.
