RETURNS AND HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

We very much hope that you are pleased with your purchase. However, should you wish to return your purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund for any item returned within 14 days.

In order to guarantee your refund please ensure all items are returned within this time, in a saleable condition, in the original packaging with tags still attached.

We suggest you return your item via a tracked service in order for you to ensure that your order reaches us. Once we receive the order we will process the refund within 48 hours. The customer is responsible for all return delivery costs unless an item has been delivered to you incorrectly 

Please ensure you return it to us with a clear copy of your Order Number, Name, Address and Contact Telephone Number, in order for us to process your refund on time.

Because of the nature of our independent, family run business, there may be occasions when a product ordered online is taken from our shop floor instead of our stock room. In the event of this, the item(s) will be carefully hand-packed in unbranded wrapping. So please, don't panic if the item arrives in a different packaging to what you're used to / what you've seen before. We won't accept this to be used as a valid reason to return any item.
